About the programme
The Club Shiseido Ginza is our loyalty programme. By registering, members can earn KIROS through their purchases and enjoy exclusive gifts, benefits, experiences and advantages depending on their membership level.
KIROS are the Club's loyalty points. You collect them with eligible Shiseido purchases and redeem them for gifts, treatments, and exclusive experiences.
You earn KIROS on qualifying purchases at participating Shiseido stands, typically at El Corte Inglés, and in some cases by presenting a receipt for products bought on Shiseido.es or El Corte Inglés.
As a starting point, members earn 1 KIRO for every €1 spent. Higher Club tiers may apply a faster earn rate.
KIROS remain available while your Club membership is active. Unused points may expire after a period of inactivity — the exact window will be confirmed in the Club terms.
Tiers and benefits
The Club has three membership levels: Red, Gold and Platinum. Every new member starts at Red and can progress to Gold and Platinum by shopping, unlocking additional benefits with each tier.
Your tier is based on qualifying spend over a rolling 12 months. When you reach the Gold or Platinum threshold, your account moves up automatically. You can review the exact spend ranges on The Program page.
Each tier includes the previous level's advantages plus extra gifts, treatments and experiences. The comparison table on The Program page lists what Red, Gold and Platinum include.
When you reach the next spend threshold, your account updates to the new tier and the corresponding benefits become available. Higher tiers may also earn KIROS at a faster rate.
Purchases and rewards
You can earn and redeem KIROS at participating Shiseido stands, typically at El Corte Inglés. Use the Stores page to find locations near you and see which ones offer earning and redemption.
Sign in to your member account and choose a reward from the Rewards page. You can also visit a participating Shiseido stand and a beauty advisor can help you request your gifts.
Depending on the reward, gifts can be delivered to the address you choose or collected in store at a participating Shiseido stand. The available options are shown when you redeem.
No. Each reward requires a minimum number of KIROS. If your balance is not enough, keep earning on qualifying purchases until you reach the amount needed.

Sign in to your private area to see your KIROS balance and recent movements. Your dashboard shows your activity and your current Club tier.
Yes. You can request to leave the programme by contacting Club Shiseido Ginza through the Contact page. The team will confirm the next steps and what happens to any unused KIROS.
